Which steps should I follow to ask for a service or program?
  1. Fill in the appropriate form that you can find on our website or get in contact with us by telephone, describing as much as possible the services and programs you are interested in without commitment.
  2. Shortly we will send you an estimate including information about the characteristics of each service requested and all correspondent expenses. This estimate might be revised afterwards till having a final budget with all the detailed specifications and the payment method.
  3. If the client agrees, he must sign the budget and return it to CROSSING LIMITS -by fax or e-mail-, and to start managing the request, he must make a first necessary payment (generally correspondent to the management expenses and/or the reservation fees)
  4. Then CROSSING LIMITS books the required services or programs and sets up the terms and payment procedure for the remaining amount.
Notice: While accepting the budget, it is assumed that the clients also accept the Crossing Limits´ General Terms and Conditions shown below.

Which is the payment procedure?

The payment method for each demand of services will be clearly described on the previously accepted budget, though generally, a prepaid payment correspondent to the management expenses and/or the reservation fees will be necessary first, while the remaining amount will have to be paid prior to the starting date.

All the payments must be made in euros and by bank transfer or cash. On the bank transfer, please indicate your name and the starting date of the chosen program or service. The clients will pay all the additional bank expenses.

Do I have to pay everything before arriving?

Generally a percentage of the total amount is always required beforehand to confirm the booking for any program or service contracted.

For short term stays, usually the remaining amount must be paid entirely some time before the starting date of the first service (1 month beforehand at the latest, though in some cases earlier of later). For long term stays and for some services (for example internship, work experience, course…) the remaining amount must also be paid beforehand, but in other cases (such as it happens with the accommodation service) the remaining amount can be paid in instalments once the clients is at the destination (for example paying the accommodation per week / month / term).

Can I cancel a service or program before it starts?

Generally, if the cancellation is made 15 weekdays before the start of the program or service, Crossing Limits will reimburse 50% of its cost, except in those cases we have already contracted suppliers whose refund policy does not allow it. The management expenses and non-refundable reservation fees will not be reimbursed in any case.

Can I cancel a service or program after it has started?

Once the course, accommodation or internship is already started, no reimbursement will be made. If you want us to study any cancellation you must send us a written document and we will study each case separately.

Which is Crossing Limits´ responsibility in case of any problem with the services or programs contracted?

We do our best to assure the client enjoys the quality service as good as possible, though the final responsibility is of the provider whose service has being contracted. Along the whole stay, if the client has any trouble or doubt, he must get in contact with us as soon as possible in order to solve them out in the shortest time.

Can I request any service independently or do I have to request the full pack?

In most cases, each service (accommodation, course, internship, work experience, airport transfer, other...) can be requested independently without having to contract a full program pack, but in some specific destinations some services may only be offered in combination. Usually, the prices of the services that belong to a full pack are more competitive.

Can I request any service for / from any place of the world?

In principle we can manage services for any destination the client wishes, though the viability of our offer over there will depend on the kind of service or program the client asks for (accommodation, course, work experience, other…) and also on the formalities and requirements he must fulfill in each case.

Citizens from the European Union can get enrolled in work experience programs in any country of the Union or in others like Switzerland, Australia, Canada or even the United States because they can receive a visa from the correspondent authorities by their own request or by means of Crossing Limits. United States citizens can get enrolled in our work experience programs in Spain if they have a visa or if they ask for it. The rest of non-European citizens without a valid work visa can not get enrolled in any of our work experiences programs.

Can I ask for a foreign speaking partner?

Everybody from Spain or from any other country while living in Seville can ask for this service we offer for free. We search and match 2 people who speak different languages so they can meet to practice a language exchange.

How can I find any address and get some useful information about Seville?

You can find maps on these websites: http://callejero.paginasamarillas.es or http://maps.google.com.
