Our program of holiday home exchanges: We arrange home exchanges on an international level. We take charge of finding, advertising and selecting homes in all parts of the world. We also manage everything necessary for the exchange so that each owner benefits equally from the arrangement in a(n) comfortable (easy) and safe way.
We have a great range of homes (Irish cottages, Parisian penthouses, Tuscan villas, rural farmhouses in South America, New York lofts, beachside homes...)each carefully selected to guarantee the security and trust our clients have in us.
We carefully manage the necessary requirements in order to guarantee a similar quality for both participants in the exchange and we are the interpreters and mediators when a difference in language exists between the owners. We make sure the start and ending dates of the exchange coincide and we make all the pertinent and necessary information available to both parties.

How it works: The property offered in excahnge is first advertised on our website so that visits and exchange applications can be received. As soon as the possibility of an exchange arises (taking into account agreement in the dates of the exchange and similar characteristics of the home offered as an exchange) we begin final arrangements.
We are available to our clients for practical advice, information about the exchange and to be your language interpreters but the final terms of the exchange will always be the decision of the interested parties.
If a client is interested in one of the exchange properties we offer but does not have a similar property for exchange, other payment possibilities may be negotiated in order to take advantage of the property. |
