HOW TO RESERVE ACCOMMODATION

To make a reservation, please consult "Types of Accommodation" and select the option that interests you most. HOW WE OPERATE

There are two ways of making a reservation:

• Agent assisted reservations. For both reservations from our catalog and for personally designed requests, for the former we consult the availability of the accommodation desired and will let you know as quickly as possible and in the latter case, we will analyse your needs and send a proposal that includes all possibilities along with corresponding cost and payment plans. If the client accepts our proposals in either case, they should sign the proposal and send it back to us along with a down payment (all this information will be specified in our proposal).
• Independent reservations. Our clients make their reservations directly through one of our accommodation partners. 

IMPORTANT

The request for accommodation may be made independently (a request for just a certain type of lodging from all those available in our catalog) BUT it must be taken into account that certain types of programs exist that include their own accommodation offers in their programs.)
